Journey through the Bible

In Isaiah 55:11, God speaks and says, “So will My word be which goes out of My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the purpose for which I sent it.” (NASB) God’s Word is powerful and effective (Hebrews 4:12). Journey Through the Bible with Joshua Smith(JTTB) is a podcast in which I teach through the Bible verse by verse, passage by passage, thought by thought. It is vital for any Bible teacher to let the Scriptures say what they say, and that is my heart in teaching. My role in teaching is to clarify the revelation that God has given to us, not to put forth a new revelation. As God’s Word is proclaimed, He is faithful and will accomplish His purpose in our hearts.
